Somatic movement is a gentle, awareness-based practice that supports lasting change in how you move, feel, and live in your body. Rooted in Hanna Somatics, this work focuses on retraining the nervous system through slow, mindful movements that help release chronic muscle tension, reduce pain, and restore ease and coordination.
In both group classes and one-on-one sessions, we explore simple yet powerful movements designed to improve posture, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. Rather than stretching or forcing the body, somatic movement invites you to listen inwardly, reconnect with your natural movement patterns, and build sustainable strength and resilience from the inside out.
Personal sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals, offering focused support for chronic pain, injury recovery, stress-related tension, or movement limitations.
Classes provide a supportive space to learn and practice somatic exercises at your own pace, with guidance that encourages curiosity, comfort, and self-trust.
Sessions and classes are one hour, unless otherwise noted.
No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to move gently and explore what your body has to say.
